Violence in the media is a great topi...Hi Alivia,

Violence in the media is a great topic. People have different views on the topic; some agree, others disagree. However, Mental Health Professionals do agree that long exposure to social media for children along with adults has a negative effect. Children and adults that are exposed to Violent Media for too long are more at risk of having violent thoughts. Movies have played a big part in the problem of Violence in the Media. With the advances in technology that have made our lives easier and more comfortable, it also made it easier to bring Violent content to the palms of children and adults. Since the launch of the iPhone in June 29, 2007, most people carry one, giving them easy access to social media apps. To be fair, not all of the content in social media apps are violent, but there is a great percentage of violence. I agree with you that Video games also play a big role in social media violence. Children sit in front of the TV playing violent video games, and parents are not aware of the negative effects it has on child behavior most of the time. I believe everybody should be aware of its dangers if not used moderately.
Juan R Floreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08442309410460899766noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4561500253484399755.post-88941077078737854512022-06-24T18:44:43.513-07:002022-06-24T18:44:43.513-07:00I agree, violent video games definetly influences ...I agree, violent video games definetly influences violent behaviors in children. I remember when i was younger, my mom was always there to make sure that i was not playing grand theft auto because she believes that children would try to mimic those behaviors portrayed in the game such as shooting, robery etc. Alejandro Ramirezhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03371616430881477373noreply@blogger.com
